ABOUT US At Estimating Services Unlimited we believe that realistically determining construction costs is the foundation for successful projects. Our firm specializes in providing cost analysis, estimating, scheduling and management consulting for the design and construction industries. We provide a variety of services from formulating construction budgets to scope specific quantitative take offs and hard cost construction estimates for the entire project. We research materials and methods to provide our clients with accurate hard costs, we value engineer ideas for cost savings and we troubleshoot projects, offering solutions to items that may cause disruption during construction. We write and organize specification manuals for architectural firms. We act as our clients' representatives to negotiate contracts or change orders. We provide CPM (Critical Path Method) schedules, with updates. We also provide management and consulting services throughout the course of the project. In our experience, we have estimated projects ranging in costs from as little as $5,000 to over $15,000,000 on additions, renovations and new, ground-up construction for commercial, residential and industrial projects. Our commercial experience covers projects such as shopping centers, multi-story office buildings, retail spaces, hotels and casinos. Our residential experience covers single family homes, custom homes, residential developments and multi-story apartment buildings. Our industrial experience covers, industrial parks, warehouses, pharmaceutical laboratories, hospitals and educational facilities. Our company is staffed with professionals who have years of experience in the construction industry. All of the services ESU offers are performed by construction professionals of the highest quality with strict adherence to confidentiality. What sets us apart from other firms is our staff's hands-on experience. We have worked as subcontractors, general contractors and construction managers -- we are FIELD EXPERIENCED! All of the costs that we provide are based on labor and material rates local to the project, not national averages. We treat each project as if we have been contracted to construct it.
