Owner’s Representative
For a set fee or on a percentage basis, ESU will act as the owner’s representative during project development
with the architect and design team; assist with the bidding process and recommendations for a general
contractor; oversee project management during construction; and administration of the project by preparing,
organizing, tracking and filing project documentation.
