Estimating Services
We offer a variety of estimating services to fit the specific needs of our
clients and their projects. Some of those services are as follows:
• Construction Budgets
• Full Project Estimates
• Project Outsourcing
• Presentation Manuals
• Scope specific unit breakdowns
• Scope specific labor take-off with or without costs.
• Scope specific material take-off with or without costs.
• Insurance estimates prepared utilizing Xactimate software.
We provide estimating services for all CSI Divisions, from site work through to electrical services.
All construction estimates are organized by CSI Division and provided in a spreadsheet format, for
your ease in reviewing.
All costs contained in our estimates are local to the project, for both labor and material. We do
not base our costs on national averages. Our estimators contact vendors and/or contractors local to
your project in order to obtain hard construction costs.
All of our services are imparted with the strictest of confidentiality. We believe that when we are
working on your estimate we are an extension of your office. You own all of the information that
is obtained during the course of the estimate, including any costs associated with your
construction. This information is never given out to other parties.
When we are working for a construction contractor, we represent ourselves as that client. This
means that only you are aware that you are outsourcing your estimating to us, to others we are
your estimating department.
We are able to work independently or we can integrate ourselves with your existing office set
up. Whatever best suits your needs.
